Fusionride LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across our e-commerce platform. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, and phone number.

Transactional Data: Billing/shipping address and payment details (processed securely via Wix Payments; we do not store full credit card numbers) and Easyship, a shipping marketplace. We also hold order history, tracking numbers, return and warranty records, and the customs declaration data required for international shipments.

Technical/Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction data collected via Google Analytics and Wix cookies. Where you consent, we also receive advertising and measurement identifiers through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, including a hashed form of your email address where available.

Marketing Data: your email address, the source of your signup, consent records (date, time and method) and engagement data such as opens and clicks, processed in our self-hosted Sendy installation and sent through Amazon SES.
2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data to:

Fulfill and ship orders for the ShredLORD and other products.

Deliver mandatory safety updates and digital manuals.

Analyze website performance via Google Analytics.

Send marketing communications via AWS SES and Sendy (only with your consent).

Meet our tax, customs, accounting and product-safety obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
3. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We share information with essential sub-processors to operate our business:

Wix: Our website and store host.

Wix Payments: For secure transaction processing.

AWS SES and Sendy: For email delivery and marketing. Sendy is self-hosted on infrastructure provided by our web host Easyname GmbH (Austria); delivery is through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES).

Google Analytics: For traffic and behavioral analysis.

Meta Platforms, Inc.: website advertising, measurement and audience building through the Meta Pixel, only where you have consented.

Usercentrics GmbH: our consent management platform, which records your cookie choices.

Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, Easyship, FedEx and other major carriers to deliver your orders. Where required we also disclose consignment data to customs authorities in the destination country.

Legal Authorities: If required to comply with law or protect our rights.

Business transfers: if we sell or reorganize the business, personal data may transfer to the acquirer under equivalent protections.
We do not sell your personal data for money.
4. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, and safety obligations (such as product recall tracking). Our retention criteria: order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently around seven years; warranty and safety records for the life of the product and a reasonable period afterward; marketing data until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterward so that we can honor your opt-out; analytics data for up to 14 months; and consent records for as long as we need them to demonstrate compliance.
5. COOKIES AND CONSENT
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store, and analytics and advertising cookies only where you consent through our consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the banner's settings link. In the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, non-essential cookies including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are not set before you consent.
6. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (EU/EEA AND UK)

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Fusionride LLC is located in the United States, so your data is transferred to and stored in the U.S. Where we transfer personal data of EU/EEA or UK residents, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, and, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. Our principal processors in this respect are Wix, Google, Amazon Web Services and Meta Platforms. You may request details of the safeguards at support@fusionride.at.
9. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
10. YOUR U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data or opt-out of certain data sharing. Email support@fusionride.at to exercise any rights that apply to you. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising pixels may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out at any time through our cookie banner. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
