Fusionride was founded by a collective of engineers and riders who believed that split-second control shouldn't come at the cost of physical fatigue.

What began in a basement with a rough first prototype quickly turned into an obsession. Countless redesigns, late‑night tests, and real‑world feedback shaped the idea into something worthy of the mountains. Every improvement, every iteration brought us closer to a product we were proud to share with the world.

From humble beginnings to breakthrough innovation, Fusionride is proof that relentless curiosity and rider-driven engineering can change the way we ride.

The ShredLORD idea began with conversations on chairlifts and coffee breaks among three friends — because we knew something was missing.

EVOLUTION OF DEVELOPMENT

Engineered ShredLORD components: red, stress analysis, blue, silver

Because we believe every rider deserves control they can trust and a ride they can push further. With ShredLORD, confidence isn't optional — it's built in.

Now we're bringing it to you!

March 2024

Red Ultimate Ride component with bolts

Version 2.0 marked a major breakthrough in the development of ShredLORD, unlocking critical technologies that brought the vision closer to reality. This milestone enabled the team to refine processes such as eloxation, precision laser engraving, high-performance bushing materials, custom mold design, innovative coating techniques, and a refined supply chain strategy-laying the groundwork for a premium, production-ready product.

Stress analysis of engineering component

This version remained only in CAD form and was never physically realized. It served as a critical tool for analyzing the behavior and performance of each ShredLORD component, laying the groundwork for optimal functionality once transitioned into real-world application.

Version 2.1

December 2024

Blue Freeboard truck base and colorful bushings

ShredLORD made its bold debut just 24 hours after the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) was filed on December,  2024, with the exclusive release of 20 hand built test units of Version 2.2. These prototypes were put to the test by selected riders across Europe and the United States throughout the 2024/25 winter season. From icy steeps to deep powder, their real-world feedback was instrumental in refining the product—proving ShredLORD’s performance across a wide range of snow conditions, terrain, and riding styles.

Version 3.0

April 2025

Version 3.1 was built on real rider feedback - refining performance, boosting durability, and enhancing the overall experience. It set a new standard, not just by listening, but by delivering. Yet early testing revealed that 3.1 wasn’t flawless: certain limitations in adaptability and finishing exposed room for refinement, guiding the next wave of improvements.

ShredLORD V3.2 Beta is engineered to elevate every ride on the mountain. Building on previous iterations, this version delivers enhanced compatibility and dynamic performance improvements:

 •   Compatible with both 4x4 and channel systems

 •   Wider binding support and mini disc compatibility

 •   Reinforced board support that boosts responsiveness / stability

 •   Reduced weight and upgraded bushings for a  more agile ride

 •   Reduced height and expanded angle adjustment of the binding

The Beta release was intentionally delivered in a raw, unfinished state-without coating or engraving to allow In lab testing and feedback before the official launch. The final version shipped to Kickstarter backers  featured full anodization and finishing.

And that's how ShredLORD3.2 was born — smarter, smoother, more dialed-in than ever. ShredLORD3.2, integrates it all: rider feedback, testing data, and two years of relentless development.

We listened. We tweaked. We upgraded.

The initial concept and prototype were developed to validate core functionality. While the design was robust, it revealed opportunities for optimization in load capacity and performance behavior. This early-stage model provided valuable insights and a solid foundation for further development and performance refinement
