Snowboarding is an inherently dangerous sport that can result in serious injury or death, regardless of the equipment used. The ShredLORD device is not a safety device and does not eliminate these risks. It is a performance device that alters the feel of your snowboard.
DO NOT USE THE ShredLORD SYSTEM IF THE RIDER’S WEIGHT EXCEEDS 242lbs (110kg).
You must read all instructions and warnings before use. Always inspect your equipment before every ride. By purchasing and using this product, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the sport of snowboarding.

Product Malfunction or User Injury
ShredLORD is a complex mechanical device used in a high-risk sport. Despite rigorous testing, any mechanical device can fail. Improper installation, modification, impact, or use (such as in terrain parks or on rails) could lead to product failure, loss of control, and a risk of serious injury or death. All backers must read and follow the included user manual and all warnings before use.
In no event shall Fusionride LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to damage to third-party equipment (snowboards/bindings) or loss of use.

Intended Use & Prohibited Uses
Intended Use: This product is designed for all-mountain carving and freeriding on groomed or variable snow.
Prohibited Uses: This product is NOT designed, tested, or intended for freestyle use, including rails, boxes, jumps, or half-pipe. Use in such a manner will void the warranty and may result in product failure and severe injury.
